    Inward Outward Inward Elbow Varitation

So all of you guys seemed real insterested in the inward outward inward elbow combo. So i was fooling around today and i think this could be a avriation to the origional combo.
    Enjoy!

Ps. I need a new speed bag and im down to 5x8 title classic and 9x6 everlast elite speed bag

Another unique combination! Very nice. Now you could add in the middle fist and make it a triple strike in both directions.

        I'm liking it !

That Title gold 8x5 bag you ask about is a quality bag. Long lasting, too.

Yeah I like that too! Shall go and try that one out. Good demo video with the slo mo at the end, that's really useful.

I'm sure you're probably already doing it, but a top tip I picked up from speedbagskunk's tutorial vids was to make sure you practice every new combo eqaully on both sides. Even if it holds you up for a bit, it's worth doing cos you'll get ultimate control at the end. You've just got to look at his videos...!!!
