Speed baggin with a basketball

I havn't been on the ball court much lately, so here is the result. A basketball - speed bag conversion. Warning!! Do not try this on any, old swivel (especially a plastic ball hook).

Killer swivel! that thing seems like it could spin for eternity. Never thought of using a basketball in that fashion......Was that The Misfits in the background? Or maybe Volbeat?

That is how my double end bag started out. I had one with a basketball and one with a soccer ball.

Tommy, very clever. I'd like to try that on my 36" platform. Looks like some good defensive training. I'd make sure I don't get hit in the face though.
