    It all looks very nice to me. Great mix of combinations. You're really working those downward elbows. Nice job. If you've been away you haven't lost anything.

      Hey Reno, you were giving that bag a "terrrible" (well executed) beating!! You've got a great style of speedbaggin'. Very disciplined, textbook form. Like Tim mentioned, if you've not been able to bag, it doesn't take long to get to where you were. Nice job.

            I like your style too, you make it look easy! Very nice flowing routine at a good pace! Something I'm aiming for.
            Nice video as well! Cool effects, looks very atmospheric.

                    Lookin' good Rattler! You've got real nice control in the techniques and your body mechanics i.e. keeping you elbows up and parallel. Good stuff brotha!
