I've been very busy just lately, not finding much time for the bag. I decided to have a quick session and enjoyed it, so I thought I'd knock up a video. A little rusty with a few misses...........enjoy!

Hey Vini, looking very good, mate. Overall nicely done. You showed a good variety of combos; you got in some Deano elbows, ScissorHands spins, and a mix of other techniques. You've improved quite a bit over the last year. Great job.
