Yap I'm hr. or so north of MD and we don't break 30 if we do its a heat wave =) my garage bags are FROZEN, makes for some hard ass shins on my full sand 100lb heavy bag feels like kickin ice block, as Scissors can testify to sb when frozen the bag is like a rock.
