    my first video

    finally got a video up. need to start working on the elbow strikes next.

    First off, nice setup, RWC. Second, that's some solid bagging. Very, very nice.

    How long did you say you've been bagging? Me guesses you're not a beginner.

              Hey Biff,

              Thanks for the compliment. I've been going at it for about 1.5 years. I'm new to the ball hook and the smaller bags. Most non boxing gyms have a chainlink and larger bags as they think it's easier to learn on. I actually like the 4 x 6, my new standard.

                thanks for the compliment. the butcher block 60 x 30 x 1 3/4 was 150 plus 45for shipping.

                    thanks, i've been going at it for 1.5 years on a chainlink. now that i've got my own setup with a ball hook i'm hoping to take it to the next level. you'll be in worchester, ma on feb 23. i'll try and make that show.

                              Smokin' speed and power. Good moves all around, seems like you've got equal speed and power in both hands. Great job. I look forward to seeing more. I don't have much else to add, form looked really great, that linking through the bag is picture perfect.
