Great job Roc! Great control with all those combos! That is my next vid, doing the same thing; trying to freestyle all I know into one routine.

      BAG ON!

Awesome Roc. Don't think I didn't see that super advanced combo off the "Triple Triple" at :18-:20sec.
S-TES ' ' S-TES ' ' D-TES ' SSP ' RDP ' ' Split Fist. or maybe to the split fist off the D-TES but it looks like you through a SSP in there after the D-TES. Either way, it's a great combo.

Man, you are starting to own it from all around. Nice flow and even force from all around. You're much improved and glad to see it!

Its always good hearing from you Guys

That was my recital of p152 of the SBB.

Freestyling is one thing but it's an entirely different concept when baggin to a written composition.

                  !!!! !!! You little $#$%*%^!!

Now I now what you've been up to

                  BRILLIANT!

You did the whole freeking page!! I have NEVER seen that done before.

By the way, You ripped right through line #3 and didn't flinch once until line #7 right before the hooks.

I'm honored, for you have not only conquered the techniques and combinations, but you've conquered the written system also. You hung in there through all the abbreviations and exercises. Unreal. Now here's a master steel cutter who is a master speed bagger.

(* This page was originally written in 1994. If I was writing this now, I'd add some shadow punches, the skunky elbow roll and a few other combinations I'm still trying to figure out. yes, you can teach an old dog new tricks.... )

Roc, I didn't realize "what exactly" you did until reading what Alan just wrote.
Very impressive! I am humlbed by what you and many of the other members of the forum are
capable of doing. Always inspirational to say the least!

Great job Roc. One of the these days, I'll get down under and we'll bag together. Maybe we'll hold SPEED B.A.G. 2012 in Australia.
