A way to gain cordiantion

No i had to practice it a bit. thats after about 2 - 3 hours. at first its really hard.

I cant juggle. I can do what you see ther without the bag, still only with one ball.

Rival 6X4. and an everlast plastic ball swivel rigged with a chainlink instead of a hook.
