Halloween Speed Bag Fun

The kids wanted to make a video of us speedbaggin in fancy dress.

They have been on school holidays this week. While I've been at work, they've been putting in some practice. Both are now hitting FSP and FCP. But look at Diaz, she's coming along pretty good with her fist rolls and FDP's.

haha! greattt! it he was wearing like a black gloves w/ some glow in the dark paint wround it that'd be awesome! I wonder if you could do that w/ your speed bag as well, cover it w/ glow in the dark and hit it at night and only see the bag moving. That'd look pretty awesome too.

That would have been good! Sounds like a plan for next year. Joe's costume is glow in the dark but the video camera is poor and doesn't pick it up.

Vini, it's great that the kids are keeping up with their bagging. I'm guessing it was Joey hitting first, and Diaz second. She is doing really well for her age, great F-Roll. How old is she now Vini?

It's OK now Mike. She spent 2 days concentrating on the F-Roll, I came home on Thursday and seen what she was doing all day. I was well proud!

Thanks SSP! I have shown Diaz all the comments and she's absolutely chuffed. She watched Charlotte's video when it was first posted and I think she may have inspired her to learn more.
