    No excuses just hit it!!!!

I've been out of commission with the flu( no not that blasted swine flu nonsense) i'm better now but what a difference a few days can make in screwing up your progress. Oh I also dug out my old plastic ball hook swivel and attached it. I'm also using it while I'm hitting to the Slayer song I posted

So was that man flu or just a little cold?

    Great head butt!
Nice work MD. Your O-TES into fist roll is coming on fine. Nice linking too.

That's the same swivel I use, don't forget to lubricate it once in a while.

    10 bags-

Sorry to hear of the flu, M-Dad. It seems to be 'going around' in these areas, too, but I have thus far avoided (knock wood with Speed Bag!).

Hope you feel better Quick. Nice turn under the board.

When you think about this post, and the Title of this Thread...

I would think it fair to conclude that I am not quite as delinquent as I might seem...

How do you like the plastic ball hook? Is it a big change from the chain link? I use an Everlast Pro chain link, and sometimes it annoys me.... I have a plastic ball swivel around here somewhere...

Thanks Vini. I think it was more of a really intense cold that knocked me on my butt. I try to use wd-40 to lube the plastic ball

thanks Goju. You know what? MelloYello posted some picks of how he modified his plastic Ball hook. I tried that and it does have a bit more control. He screwed the eye hook as far in as it would go, added some superglue to keep it from untwisting and VIOLA! I'm digging it now. before I was iffy abut it cuz I didd more helicoptoring than technique.

It is way different from the chain link. You gotta hit it a bit harder. But like I told Goju, I did the modification that melloyello did (except for changing out the hook) and I'm really digging it now.

I just use a drop of engine oil. It's nice and thin. Anything thick like grease will slow the ball down, I think.

I dip the tip of my finger in the oil and transfer onto the ball.

LOL...LMAO...Thanks Scissorhands...I'm laughing cuz my dad who was my coach would very often scream and yell at us with such gems as "YOU LOOK LIKE A MONKEY F@#$!N A FOOTBALL"
whenever we did pushups....ahhh childhood..........I can definitely laugh about that one now. When you used the baseball analogy, that was the first thing that popped into my head. I'll definitely get more aaggressive and study you more to learn that spinning elbow technique of yours.
