    Speed bag combos

I thought I would try and add some speed to a video. Just having a bit of fun after a hard days work. A few misses and hit to the throat.

    Enjoy and thanks for looking.

Hey, hey, hey, Vini, someone's been practicing!! Nice 4-way elbows and spins, especially the ending one. Great job, getting better and better.

Very Solid, Mate! It appears the board has been solidified.

This vid is very instructional for me because I can see it well, and Vin doesn't seem bothered by his rare mis-hit he just melds it back into the sequence.

                    Man that was awesome!!!

I just started into the Speed Bag Bible and It is an amazing help!!

Can you or someone else break down exactly what all is going on in seconds 12-24 in the video?

It looks like some side punch combos. Where can I find this in the Bible?
it looks really tricky and I would like to work on that.

                    Thanks for your help.

I will try to post a video here shortly of where I stand with my skills. I am just starting off and could use some pointers.

                    Thanks again!!

Oh ya. it sure is. The dvd has really helped me too. I like to watch and listen to the beat. Then I go and try myself.

I hit the speedbag a little bit back in the day. But all I was doing was FCP's...123,123,123,123,123......

I picked back up on the basic rythym again pretty quick. But now I am honing in on some more technical hitting.

Cheers Biff. We've had some dry months here, so I'm getting as much practice in as possible, before the rain and snow comes.

Hey paranday, well, to the left of me, that house is now empty..........I wonder why? The neighbour on the right, he doesn't seem to mind. I only ever hit between 10 am and 6:30 pm.

Thanks Mike. The board is excellent.

Hope you learn something from the video. Hit's and misses yeah! The second spin was a total miss.

Thanks Alan. The nice side doubles are down to your video you put together some time ago, after seeing me struggle.

                          I'm addicted!

                            Thanks Mikey.

That's FDP, (front double punch) RDP (reverse double punch) page 23 + pages 34-35. Then I done SDP (side double punch) on page 80.

If you work your way through the Bible, then you'll be able to develop well. I'm sure these combos are explained on the SBB DVD.

Let us know how you get on. We're all here to help.
