    Please Critique!

    I am into the speed bag now for 2 weeks 2 days. I have had a few positive feedbacks about working on rolling my arms at the elbow. This seems to be a feeling that I am struggling with.

    I am working on the Basic Rhythm now. Can you give me some feedback please?

    looking better getting a little smoother. the one thing i would sugest is keep ur hands closer to the bag at all times. this will allow you to make less movments and making ur movements smoother. also less shoulder movement giving ya more stamina and LESS BURN!

      Actually it looks pretty good to me. I didn't hear any mis hits or speed problems. Good timing and keeping a steady rhythm. For just Basic Rhythm punching from the front you could drop your elbow a bit. All around, a good solid set for the amount of time you've been doing it.
