Here is a quick view (13 sec) of Joe Frazier on the speed bag, demonstrating some amazing full power traps on small fast bag. Note the very old school early chain link swivel and how it influences some of the rebounds. But it doesn't bother Joe. "Boxing Speed Bag" at it's finest.
