Timing is everything there. The platforms are behind the weight pen, on the beach side. Occasionally there will be multiple baggers there, but the times I have visited Venice the most I ever saw was one, maybe two platforms being used.

Great vid. I had to travel to LA for business earlier this year, ended up here at Venice Beach - but didn't have a speed bag!!!! (You have to bring your own).

And a way to attach the bag to what's left of the swivels. Most people seem to use zip ties

I've never met Nadine, but I remember this video back in the early days of Youtube. She is apparently a member of the Showtime Johnny Pal school of speed bag hitting. She has other videos up, she was a regular roller skater on the Venice boardwalk as well
