    Hey guys just figured I would show you my setup for now.



    The towel keeps the platform from rocking too much.

      It does if its not weighted down enough. I got about 100+ Lbs of weights on it. Now with the heavy bag if I get going with some underpunches I do rock that thing.

        That looks like the same Century stand that I have. I have about 200# weighing mine down and I put rubber mats under it to keep it from sliding. Did yours come with the speed bag attachment? If it did it looks like you removed it. I got tired of it, that's what led to the new platform
