VERY nice. Is that a granite platform? I like the wall panel too. Studio sound proofing?

It is. We were installing of bunch of granite countertops and had a bunch of sink cut outs leftover. They were going to end up in the trash but now many will be getting granite speedbag platforms for Christmas. Spreading the gospel indeed. The wall of soundproof foam is pretty effective. I'll throw a picture up in a sec

This is where the magic happens. If punching yourself in the chin is magic then I am David Blaine...... I punched myself in the chin this morning, that was a new one

Beautiful set-up and great use of scrap granite. How did you attach the granite?

Thank you and thank you, it's bolted to one of those everlast heavy bag/speed bag stands along with tons metal straps, braces, couple ratchet straps etc. Behind the foam is some real frankensteinery but it's sturdy. I'll put a thread up on how to make your own granite platform in case anyone else is interested

Nice speedbag room there Pete. The granite platform with the Arc Flame and the Everlast 4200 is very impressive.

Thanks, glad its getting some appreciation. I usually get puzzled looks. Especially with the addition I put on recently. As for what it sounds like I will throw a video up tonight. Each bag has a different noise. The addition might be a little too much and the purists might not like it but I wanted to do a video that was a little different. That room had a dusty table in it and I only had calluses on the palms of my hands until mid June of this year. Sure glad I stumbled into this pastime.
