Thanks Mark. You can contact brdelacruz if you want a good ball-hook swivel. The only reason why i didn't bought one of his swivel is because the hook on his swivel cannot accommodate the ridiculously thick loop of my Heritage bags (The Heritage was my favorite bag by the time i contacted him). From the reviews i've read on the forum, his swivels are awesome!
Edit: The Stainless steel swivel and both Heritage are compatible.
Very cool!!!! Just curious how long have you been hitting the speed bag?
Thanks Chunk, I started to hit the speed bag in march 2018. Back then, i was just doing boxing triplets. I started to practice the bible style in September 2018 when i joined the forum but became addicted a few months later when i got my first ball hook swivel.
Yeah new to speed bagging and already noticing the problems with most swivels while learning to hit bible. Not may ball & hook types available. Thanks
if you are unable to get an ARC or SS-Swivel from DelaCruz (mentioned above) just get a Forza! Hell I'd buy a Forza anyway just to have as a backup, annnd it's fun to work with more than one ball-hook sometimes.
Never used the Forza swivel only have used Everlast ball hooks from the 80’s then all the u bolt and chain swivels until I found the Arcswivel.Looking through the posts about metal shavings flying off and into eyes with the metal ball hooks got me a little spooked.

Metal shavings flying off and into eyes only happened with the latests Everlast metal Ball-hook swivels. This problem started when they changed the materials for their ball-hook swivels for cheaper metal to reduce production cost. To my knowledge, It never happened with the Forza.
