I recently added rubber dampers to my platforms, both between the brackets and drum, and between the brackets and back mounting board. I used a very dense (high durometer) rubber.

Did you notice a difference in using said rubber ?
MARK, that red is some eye popping stuff going on there! I wish I was your neighbor for a few days to bang on that thing. check it out! No reason why great looking gear can't be part of this baggin' stuff we do.
Wow looks good with the red. That will really fire up the workouts. I like the rubber gasket idea it gives me something to think about. Thanks Mark and good luck.

Thanks!! Dropped it off tonight at the boxing gym and the owner was more than happy , in a week or so I'll hopefully have pics and videos of his boxers using it , I'll post some on here for you all to see
tbh a little imagination and research of local companies that can add the finishing touch to whatever you design and build can really add that professional finishing touch

Thanks , much appreciated I used rubber matting that's used for car trunk liners as my friend works for a company that produces them and donated 2 metres of it , but I imagine it's available on Amazon ect , the powder coating is a readily available colour too ..
