Rocky is the reason I wanted to Speed Bag to begin with as well. Of course that has probably been the motivation more many baggers!

It's insane. I'm marking it at 265 (ish) Nobody could keep that going for any length of time. I know that when I was bagging exclusively on my title u bolt (pre forza) I could maintain 240 for no more than 30 seconds but then came ball hook and the new mistress moves in.

Sly was killin' it there. Surprised the bag didn't burst. The Rocky movies make me sad. Especially R5.

Very nice! I like the way you switch from the front fist roll to the reverse fist roll. I started to try this combination but it's not easy...

Nice work, thanks. The guy from Jim Bradley says one of their employees can do 1000 hits in 3 minutes. That is an rate of 333/min for an extended period.

Very impressive Jim, you show great speed, control and endurance.Interesting you would choose reverse fist roll (R-Roll) for your need for speed video. That technique is hard for me. It seems like you have it mastered. Great job!!!!

One minute even more grueling and jugular vein distending than before. Not a fist roll. Don't know what it is. A technique I have not seen before.

The pattern is the same as the vid I posted in Part 1 of this, "I feel the need..." Different hand position and contact points.

Right on, Rusty! When you think about it there are sooo many ways to "F-Roll" the bag with standard roll, hammer fists, straight fists (like you're doing there) and many others.
