Not only does he have spirit, he can punch. He connected with that speed bag on every swing of his arms. -- better than I can say for myself!

Thanks Alan. That actually would have been my next question.When I was 15 I had the "privelege" of living in a group home and there was a former resident with cerebral palsy, he was a brown belt in karate at the time. Guys like him, our friend in the video, and the late Jeff Healy make you realize that anything is possible if you make no excuses and just go for it which is what these guys do and did in Jeff's case. God rest his soul!
