    My first video

    Don't laugh, but the camera I have can't keep up with the speedbag so it looks like it's not moving well. It was a good run

      That's funny, it looks like your hands are moving at regular speed but the bag is in slow motion!

      Looks like good technique though. Is there sound? I can't hear any sound (could be because I'm on a Mac though).

      Nice pass through linking.

        Later this week I'll try another set up...I have a underwater digital camera that also shoots 15 sec videos, I think that camera has better resolution
