Hi All,
New to the forum. Just wanted to say hi and thanks for this excellent resource. I'm an older dude who, 20+ years ago had a cheap speed bag set-up that promptly failed and that I never got around to replacing/fixing/upgrading. Not sure why, as I enjoyed my too brief time on the speed bag. Anyway, I recently saw a youtube video with Alan that got me excited to look into it again. Looking forward to advice on equipment, etc. from those with more experience.
