That's actually pretty impressive, hitting the very bottom of the bottle at the right spot to keep it spinning while not sending it flying across the room. I attribute it to timing and execution.
I'm not sure what bag he was using in that clip, but it appears to be all white, but in this video below he is using a Title Red 9x6.
