Hello to everyone at this forum.
First, let me thank all for the wealth of information available here; to Tim for organizing and to all the moderators that help keep it clean.
Second, I am amazed !!!
I got started on speed-bag on a business trip that included a gym attached to my lodging. I enjoyed it so much that my spouse bought me an Everlast 'kit' for my next B-day.
I haven't progressed much, as I haven't practiced much. I won't bore you with excuses.
Very recently I picked up a new bag and swivel, and have been practicing almost everyday. So nice not to have to add air each time. (The #4214 bags bladder was junk from the outset it seems).
I plan to mostly observe and continue to learn from all the excellent posts, videos and links here for now. I need to make my set-up quieter (very early A.M. work-outs) and have found great ideas in my wanderings here already.
All the Best
