Introduction

Hey all, making my "first post" an introduction post.

I live in Wisconsin. I enjoy softball, winter football, outdoors, 80's hair bands and new bands that sound like 80's hair bands....the usual stuff.

I like to lift some weights and do sit ups just to stay tone but found myself not wanting to go down to a cold basement and get started. So I needed a way to warm up. A friend suggested getting a speed bag. I did and I like it but I am having some equipment trouble. Searching the web I came across this forum and thought I would post my question here.

Anyway, my intro post to say "hey".

Hi Jeff, and Welcome. I liked those 80 hair bands also. A few that are left turned out to be 2010 Rogaine bands.
