    Hey Roc, I've been in the medical field since '94. Prior to that, I was an iron worker (stuctural steel, welding, cutting etc. etc.) for 20 years. I still do it on the side sometimes. Anyway, I hear where you're coming from. I worked in Chicago(and surrounding suberbs). Worked on everything from Highrises, Bridges, Refineries etc.
    I can see you know your way around with a "torch". Nice cut, straight, hardly no slag, you didn't have to beat it out. Anyway, anyone who can hit a speedbag like yourself, has coordination and talent. It carries over into everything else that you do in life.
    Where was that video shot? Bag ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

              Sitting in an office all day would be a pleasant change;

              a) Climate control.
              b) Pretty office girls walking around you all day
              c) Being able to have a cupa when ever you want
              d) Not getting dirty
              e) Limited exposure to injury, accidents ie cuts, nicks, trip, falls or burns

              a-b are probably the biggest losses for me. Being exposed to the eliments for 10 hrs a day can get quite grulling and ontop of that you've gotta look at the ugly mugs on most of the other guy's you're working amongst, who you've never met before.

              d-e become minimal with experience, but always have the potential to happen.

              a-e aside a lot of the work I do is very interesting. At the moment I'm floating between that bridge job and building a shipping port extension. Both are landmark jobs, which is what I consider, leaving my signature on the city of Sydney. As a matter of fact, if/when you alight the plane at Syd international airport and egress towards the limousine pick up area you will be standing/waiting under an awning which I fabricated and assembled, so I do have one or two signatures about town

                Roc, it always amazes me what a blow torch would cut. Looks like a fun job.
