Does anyone know of any good places to hit the bag in Atlanta-Lithonia, GA; Charlottesville, VA; or Albany-Saratoga, NY? I'm going on a trip in July, and will be away from the gym (and speedbag) for way too long.

I'm thinking there are a few speed baggers in the Atlanta area. Got to be a bunch of boxing related or fitness locations in that area.

Well, the closest I'll come to Jersey is when I'm on my way from Long Island to Brooklyn. I'd be glad to take a short side trip, if you know of someplace or someone in the northern part of the state. ?
I'm planning to get some video tomorrow morning.
