    The Sound Of Bagness

I did this today. Not the best by far, but the best effort of all my attempts thus far(I have been hitting to this song at least once a day for just over a week now). I tried to keep the hits basic due to the tempo. I have really lo fi equipment: cell phone camera and boombox. But enough excuses! Enjoy! BTW, Shinedown RULES!!!!!

    Right on Beat!

You nailed that MD! Sharp accurate strikes with out any miss hits at all. Great Job! Great Song! Great Bag session with a bit a martial arts thrown in their! Well Done!

I was thinking I'd see the powermill up and running after reading your other post! I'll keep an eye out for it's debut on your platform!

    Keep it Bagging!

MD, your punch drumming has really improved. You were throwing down some really cool bag beats to that song. Great job, man, really.

That came out really tight! You were on point the whole time. I'll have to check out Shinedown hadn't heard them before.

Thanks Nova! This was a tricky song because of the tempo. I'm gonna keep hitting to it until I can throw some really good combos in! During the breakdown, I just wanted to screw around with my mook jong a bit, that works out perfectly before the song starts back up. I'll be getting the Powermill up soon. It came yesterday AFTER my session in the garage lol!

Thank you Alan! I didn't think I would find the groove at first, but once I kept things basic and took it slow things sort of fell into place!

Thanks Brother! I really like this band! If you've heard "The Crow and The Butterfly", you've heard Shinedown, also"45" or even their cover of "Simple Man". this is one rockin' band for sure!

That was great MD... I fully expect a "live performance" at SB II in June.

sweet hitting. do you practice the song with punch drumming....or do you just make it up as you go along and nail all the beats like that? i never try punchdrumming....thats why i'm asking.

I practiced this song over and over whenever I could until I found the groove.
