Life is sometimes weird and we all go through different things, You made it to 80, i'm hoping you hit that 100 mark and show us a video of you hitting the bag, i make videos here and there, then put them on Instagram, lots of times i delete them after awhile but now the condition i'm in i should just leave them on there because i'm just getting stiffer and stiffer, i'm gonna see if i can transfer a video from Instagram to YouTube so i can share it on here, My new Roni 9x12 will hopefully arrive in the mail next week and i'll definitely make a video to share on here, i'm excited to get the new 9x12 and bag on it, i kinda wish some of you guys that don't show your face and don't make videos, would do so. Take a picture with your speed bag setup or make a video so we can see who we're talking to
