A "Vintage-boxing-metal rebound ring." apparently with the old bag also.

That's a Sport Fun Universal set up. It could be set up on a wall, or the ring and it's frame becomes a stand for the floor puncher option. It's an athletic toy, not a "real" striking bag set up. This was fairly popular when I was a kid and I guess that makes me "vintage".

Yes, I guess it do, but around here you're "vintage" for a lot more reasons than that
