Looks to be an Everlast base, the other half doesn't look like any commercial swivel I have ever seen. It could be a custom build.

I agree. the swivel ball housing does not look to match the base on the board.

Could it be a BENLEE, since the gloves and bag he's using is a BENLEE then I would assume the swivel is too.

All the BENLEE swivels that I have seen were near duplicates of the Everlast ball hook. It's not impossible that any of the suppliers could have made a custom one for Louis, tho.
