Looks like a big ball Benlee swivel.

I bought an old worn out bag on Ebay just because it had the bottom, half with the ball hook included of an old big ball Ben Lee swivel. I was hoping that it would match up with the older Everlast base and it ended up fitting perfectly. It does look just like the swivel in the photo.
