New/Used BENLEE Striking Bag added to my lineup

This particular bag was gifted to me by speedbagbarber and i modified it, all three of my benlee bags have the hole on the top part of the loop to give you the option to use the bag with a Ball-Rope swivel or an S-hook swivel, Back then for a good period of time there were swivels on the market that were either a ball-rope swivels or the ball-hook swivels. Dutchman Do you have a benlee bag ?

Very nice! Benlee is one the few brands that I don't have in my collection at this time.

Well from the three that I have, they're definitely not speed bags, they are more like power bags and not fun but with that being said hitting on them does improve your skill set just because you need more muscle to get them to move, that in turn makes it easier to power or hit faster on your favorite bags, When i hit on the benlee bags and move to lets say one of the best bags in the business (Roni bags) they feel like nothing and i can blast though them much easier if i want to

They are like the Hutch, Spalding, Wilson, and J. C. Higgins bags Very heavy leather. They make you really work to keep them moving. Then there are bags like the Reach 3 1/2 which are made with glove leather, the size of a watermelon and take very little effort when you hit them

I have had many vintage Wilson Speed/Striking bags, and with the Wilson bags they go from one extreme to another, Their military thicker leather bags to their thinner leather bags, some of the great model Wilson bags are H1280, H1320, 368V and H1310, the H1310 is very similar to my H1320 but with a shorter neck, there was one for sale on ebay recently (H1310) but i didn't buy it, the funds are short so that's way i didn't buy it, i really wanted that bag because of the shorter neck
