Vintage Revelation bottle neck bag GC5112

This Revelation bag has been sitting for along time and has that smell to it LoL, Dutchman take a look at the logo above the word Revelation, you can see the model number on this bag Dutchman, What was the model number on the Revelation bag i sent you some years ago ? as you can see this bag looks like it was never hit on and was very stiff, but get this it wasn't really the leather that was stiff but the canvas/cotton type of lining that is on the inside of these older vintage bags.

This appears to be in really good shape. Mine the leather is due for another treatment. Mine is a 3EC1097. Revelation was the brand of sporting goods that Western Auto sold back in the day.

I remember you telling that with your Revelation bag, i don't remember if that one had the W A logo on it like this bag does, but when i first hit on your bag i couldn't believe how fast it was for a bottle neck bag, on the contrary this bag hits terrible LoL, So since i got it for cheap i'm gonna cut some of the neck off (in the process and i already cut almost 4 inches off the neck) i'll post pictures when i'm done

I don't know for sure when Western Auto started putting their initials or logo on their sporting goods. They were doing it by the early to mid 1960's for sure, as I got a sleeping bag for my birthday one year that the tag definitely identified it being a Western Auto product.
