    Vintage Reach Striking Bag

This is either my second or third Reach bag i had, it says Speed bag on it but it definitely doesn't hit like a speed bag, My other Reach bag is much bigger than this one (older) and is a joy to bag on, But this one you have to pretend that your Rocky Marciano or Joe Lewis to bag on it, Not a fun bag LoL, Looks are deceiving, Kinda reminds me of the Goldsmith USA Military big bag i had.

Reach was acquired by Spalding in 1934. Up through the 1950's sporting goods were sold under the Reach label. This definitely looks like a Reach branded Spalding bag.

Funny you mentioned Spaulding, because this bag hits and feels like a Spaulding, What i notice with all the Spaulding bags i had, They seem to last the test of time more than the other brands i had and most of the Spaulding bags were definitely Striking bags just like most of the Tuf-Wear bags, Great leather, Thicker leather, Not sure if i'm gonna keep this bag or give it away, i haven't made up my mind yet, As always thanks for the info it is very much appreciated my friend
