Here's Daniel on the mitts. This is the first time I've worked the mitts with him so it's not that great yet. I was actually working mitts with my friend Logan, who I've been training since he was 14(he's 20 now). He's been away for over a year working and starting a family so he was very rusty, but as soon as I feel he is worthy I'll upload a video of him destroying the mitts and my hands! Fun to watch

My daughter is 8 and does mitt work once a month (If I can her to) I like your way of sitting in the chair I'm usually on my knees. I have a few kids into the mitts but I can't spend too much time with them as my daughter needs daddy time that doesn't involve fighting or working out. I need to win the lotto and buy an old gym!

Great to see this stuff get passed on... With WII's and Xboxes etc.... Its nice to see them get some real exercise and coordination!
