It's pretty solid and forgiving on the knuckles. I outgrew it very quick due to it's lack of mobility and interaction. It's great for unleashing power shots and developing follow through. i recommend it, Daniel does too...
He's been watching me workout since before he could walk, and he started shadowboxing on his own around 1. I let him do his own thing, it's weird because he calls me Art instead of daddy and he acts like we're roommates but he hardly ever enjoys being told what to do. He goes through cycles where he wont mess with any gloves or boxing equipment for weeks and then there's days where that's all he wants to do. On my trapping with a big bag video you can see him trying to mimick what I'm doing, I figure that's how he got the little technique he has because I hardly impose it on him.
