    Hey am walter i go for work out every day about 3 months ago but i didn't get some result what you think i should try.

    Try working on your diet as well. Workout doesn't really mean anything unless you eat healthy and get enough sleep.

      I agree that exercise will have no effect unless you develop a nutritional strategy. I do weightlifting and eat a lot of protein, train constantly in the gym, and wear appropriate workout clothes. I have my favorite Ryderwear leggings that are great for supporting my muscles during my workout, wicking sweat well and looking very stylish.
