                That's great Man.. So what is your fitness progress with this kind of kettle bell...LOL ..Personally I have some dumbbells a barbell with some weight plates and a treadmill..

                    Hmm that's simply awesome bro. So what is your health and fitness success with this type of pot gong.....Personally I have some weight loads a weights with some weight clothing and a health and fitness treadmill machine..

                        Adding fun in workouts always brings desired fitness goals and you don't have to invest on kettlebell to increase weight! We must workout daily and have balanced meal plan for a healthy and active life.
