Learning a lot from here and youtube.
i don't know how to say it in words, but it's a great feeling hitting the speed bag especially the way u guys do it. i have a long way to go~and i ain't giving up! i want to spread this beautiful thing and also teach them the beauty~the art of speed bag in Korea.
Each day when i get to learn new moves make my daily life sweet. ^!^
