    Newb "kid" on the block

Hey all - I joined the forum after lurking for awhile. I've always been into fitness and decided to add speedbagging to my routine. I haven't hit a bag since I was in HS during the 60s. I used to go to the local YMCA and fool around as a kid. WOW, things have changed!

I scoured the web for tips and workouts and came across Skunk and Alan, and most recently, Tim. I have only been at it for a month, but I've made great strides thanks to these guys.

I have a basic setup in my garage (heated, thankfully) and have been practicing about 3 - 4 times a week. It's a great addition to my regular routine. Looking forward to learning more from all of you.

Hey Tim, I'm from the small borough of Archbald, about halfway between Scranton and Carbondale. My mother was originally from Plains.
