Speed bag link replacement

Anyone have suggestions on where to acquire a replace link for a Ringside Pro Swivel? We recently relocated overseas (US Navy) and upon unpacking our household goods shipment notice the link was missing from the swivel. I'm eager to get this operable again!

Yes...2x via their online option but no response. Due to the time difference it's difficult to call.

For an emergency fix can you replace the part with a suitable sized shackle from the hardware store?
