Question about this swivel

I'm looking for an s hook swivel and managed to find this one - http://www.pro-box.co.uk/product_inf...roducts_id=185

The only thing that's putting me off is that it's says for "junior use".

Does anyone know exactly what that means?

It looks like it might be a stamped steel swivel. Have not had much luck with that type swivel.

On the packaging it says 'heavy deluxe swivel' and the description for it on the website says 'for junior use'
By definition that means it's good for- an elegant, fat kid.

Very similar to what came with my bag.. It didn't last the first session and I am a massive newb at this.. I upgraded in the first week and it made a massive difference.
