HELP! TITLE Boxing Precision Adjustable Speed Bag Platform

Hello people,

I need help with missing parts. Worm drive assembly specifically.
As the title says, this is for the TITLE Boxing Precision Adjustable Speed Bag Platform... Or whoever is the same.

I was happy that my shipment arrived in time for new years.
However, it was short lived when I saw a disaster.
Shipment looked like it went around the world several times.
It was busted, had parts outside of it. In the snow.

Anyway... Who has installation instructions? Or can provide me with close-up pictures of their platform so I can see what I'm going to do.
Anything?? A play by play description?

I'm missing;

- the key that locks the wheel to the worm drive.

- the bushings that go on the top and bottom of the worm drive, that
hold it in place, where the worm drive goes through the tubes.

Bolts for the left and right shafts are gone too, but I got that covered.

I wish I was able to instal it tomorrow. I was hoping for that.
Unfortunately, I'm screwed. So I feel that it's time for a drink.

Refresh my memory, please. Is this new from Title, or off eBay? If it's new then a call to Title is in order for Thursday morning. Same thing if it's an eBay purchase, they have a protocal that deals with these situations.

Ouch, still, I'd call Title, they're pretty good at helping people out.

per a previous post- yes, call title. I am sure they will be helpful. in the interim, you tube is your friend- I searched on " TITLE Boxing Precision Adjustable Speed Bag Platform"
and all kinds of stuff came up.
for the hardware, go to a good serious hardware store and just take the thing with you. or make a lot of trips. OR- go to a local Fastenal retail outlet. mind boggling array of commercial quality hardware of a million types.

Good ideas everybody. TITLE is great to deal with. I just want to make this instal happen. Not wait for claims to be investigated and stuff...
