Swivel ?

Does anyone recognize this model swivel? Its got an extended off set S, but the base is only one piece.

I'm curious too. Dutchman, how about one of your essays on the various swivels you see on these old ring platforms ? Also, I notice that some early swivels had just 3 screw holes, when these cross-braced platforms came out, 4 mounting holes became necessary.
