The greatest lightweight boxer of all-time & myself :)

    Hi all..

I have another treat of of a pic to show you all, let's see how good your knowledge is, I had the honor of meeting this chap last year & I have to add he's a thouroughly nice chap, he's another one of boxing's great's from the golden era, I would appreciate your thoughts on this chap & the pic in general, I will not put his name up LOL, but I am sure most of you will guess straight away, hopefully you will agree he is one of the greatest of all-time & great to see him in such good health, a dream come true

    Ok, I give up

I have looked at that pic for a few days & I have no clue who that is. He sure doesn't look like a lightweight from what I can see of him....When I hear "Greatest Lightweight of all time" I think of Roberto Duran but that pic (when it was up) didn't look like him - Then again it's been a long time since I have seen Mr. Duran - So that's my guess.

    How did I do?

      First prize to you, sir!!!

      Hi buddy..

Right 1st time, it is indeed the great Roberto 'manos de piedra' (hands of stone) duran, he does look a little different these days but sadly he was almost killed by a horrific car crash back in 2001 in panama city & spent some time in hospital recuperating after a lengthy surgery (finally retired from the ring at the ripe old age of 50 & after losing his last fight to hector Camacho, I met duran at a recent sporting dinner over here in the uk & I am happy to report that he is in much better health these days & great to see
