Title keeps changing this swivel. Last year it was removable from the base, but the tolerances weren't right (to accomodate the chrome) and some of them started falling out of the base.
They gave-up on that style, and one of the replacements they sent me is a one-piece, and has has a hefty diameter neck bolt, nut and bearing, but no bearing on the horizontal bushing where the pin goes through. This one looks like it has that bearing, but the neck looks smaller diameter - very, very similar to the Everlast model - chromed "U" vs. the black "U". It might even be the same manufacturer as the Everlast (4 mounting screws instead of the traditional Title 3-screw mount). I see some of these swivels with the smaller diameter neck bolts flopping around in some of the videos I've watched, which probably means that the top bolt has loosened or the bearing is broken.
It's really nice to have that horizontal bearing instead of just a bushing.
It's not a bad swivel. They all have their minor annoyances though. Sigh.
