Speed bag smoke signals?

Whenever a person asks me what i do for exercise, i'll mention the speed bag among other things. It's as if most people i run in to don't even seem to know what a speed bag is.

I usually say... :"You know... that tear shaped, small leather bag attached to a platform, that you see boxers hitting sometimes?"

Sometimes they say :"Oh, okay. Speed bag". HaHa

Whenever I mention I've designed and built a few speedbag platforms and how good it feels to use the speedbag to anyone they look at me gone out ....I then have to describe it as 'that small hanging bag that u see Rocky use in his films'
