Here it is. I have 2 speed bags so far which are the Title small and large. Right now I alternate the two each week and my progress is improving again. Additionally, the heavy bag was given to me by a friend who no longer wanted it, so i gladly took it. I almost broke down and got a combo stand, but I am glad I went ahead and built this myself. The majority of the stand is built from scrap and throwaway wood, with the exception of the post and rebound board. All in al I saved aboutl 250 bucks going the DIY route. My next stand won't be so huge, lol. Either way, having a unit independent of the interior wall and ceiling will keep my wife happy, lol.
