Speed Bag Platform Install

Hi,
I just purchased the Everlast Elite Speedbag Platform but can not hang on a wall in my basement. Any suggestions and pictures of how to hang it from tge rafters in my basement would be great. Thanks

What prevents you from mounting it to the wall? Because if you attach it to the floor joists, the noise level may tend to be very loud in the rest of the house.

So I take it that your basement has a very low ceiling that prevents normal installation? Have you checked the "Gold Mine" section yet? In there you will find examples of just about every type of platform and mounts that have been done in the last half century.

If there is a will, there is a way. However, don't do like I did the first time and rush through things.
